To order shoes, select the size and width you wish to order beside the style number. (If you are unsure what size or width to specify, select "fit me" and provide additional fitting information later in the fitting section of the order form.)

To add an item to your shopping cart, click the "Add to Cart" button. (If you wish to order a second pair of the same item, change the quantity in the shopping cart, or select and add the same item again. To remove an item, change the quantity to zero. Use the "Empty Cart" button to start over.) Move from page to page adding items to your shopping cart until you are ready to submit your order, then click on the "Check Out" button to move on to the electronic order form. You can also change the quantity of items on the order form, or return to the shopping cart if you want to make further changes.

About returns: You may return any item UNWORN within 30 days of receipt for exchange of style, size, color or for refund of the purchase price. Sorry, shipping charges are not refundable. Please enclose the packing list with your shoes. Returned goods must be in condition to be returned to stock.

A note about "cookies": Our on-line catalog and shopping cart system uses a feature of modern browsers called the "cookie". A cookie is simply a piece of information that is temporarily stored on your disk drive by the browser. We use cookies only in the following two ways:

(1) To keep track of the contents of your shopping cart while you are shopping. The information is discarded after you submit your order.
